Puppy Manners

I honestly don’t know where I’d be with my dog Monkey without Puppy Manners. Monkey was a challenging puppy and I was very overwhelmed in the beginning. Becky and her team supported us through everything; Star Barks, one-on-one training, socialization, and day school. And they did it with so much patience, kindness, and zero judgment. What really sets Puppy Manners apart is how much they care about individual dogs. They take the time to understand each dog’s personality and work just as closely with the humans. I always felt supported, even on the hard days. Monkey is an amazing dog now, and that’s 100% because of Becky and her team. I’m so grateful for them and can’t recommend Puppy Manners enough.

When my dog first started going to Puppy Manners he was a problem. An unsocialized lab/shep mix that was rescued from a bad neighborhood in Lakewood. He was destined to become an itchy, aggressive dog you couldn’t get close too and definitely not good with other dogs. Thanks to a loving family and Puppy Manners, he is now a worldwide celebrity that is an envy of the dog world. Other dogs love him and know him by his many names, Sir, Bubba, Dude, Mister, but most importantly, Monkey! Thank you to Puppy Manners and the great staff for helping my puppy be the great dog we all knew he could be.

I have been taking my now 6.5 month old pittie, Murphy, to puppy manners since he was 10 weeks old and have had an excellent experience. I take Murphy to daycare and group classes and have also had private lessons with Julie and George. I love how structured the daycare is, it’s not just a ton of dogs running around a room all day as a lot of day cares are. Becky is very sweet and welcoming and makes a point to provide personal help during group classes. Murphy has loved George from the time he met him. George is very responsive and thorough in replies to any questions emailed, which I have had hundreds of. Julie helped me early on with Murphy and changed puppy parenthood for me in such a positive way, I’m so glad I got help from her early on. All the rest of the staff have also been very

The Puppy Manners team is great. They have a wonderful set-up and really know what the are doing. We sent our puppy to daycare 3 times and each time he came home calm and happy. I would be thrilled to recommend them to other puppy parents.

We’ve been taking our dog to PMs for many years. The facility is amazing, very well managed, and the attention to detail regarding matching the dogs during “play time” is outstanding. The staff does an amazing job. I would highly recommend this facility for training, day camp, and just letting the dogs play and run in one of the many fields. 5 stars from me.
