BEWARE. I purchased a dog crate from WLO under the guise that they have a 10 year warranty and offer replacement parts as needed. My dog hated it when I first got it so he used it twice and then didn’t use it for months. I began using it again a few months ago and he suddenly moved it. After using it for a few weeks, I noticed how easily he scratched the inside. Then, he was able to literally bite and shred through the “wood” at the top to the pint where he had shredded wood in his teeth daily when I came home. No other crate has been so easy to destroy. The faux wood is cheap and poorly crafted. The entire crate has damage but particularly on the front door which is obviously needed. I went on their website to find warranty info and it’s gone now. We highly recommend this company. They were so attentive to all our communication and extremely professional. Love the Skyline Long Cat Tree we purchased. The pillows velco securely, no cheap options, and can be washed and if needed replaced by WLO.

I am so happy with my purchase - The service was excellent. I ordered the Cat House version. They helped me and accommodated my request to make the bone sign instead of the cat sign. It's so pretty, and my dog loves her new house!

First I want to say this is not just a dog crate, but a quality piece of FURNITURE. I bought this because I desired to get away from the ugly wire crates, and needed to crate train my dog. The 2 photos show the first one I purchased when Willow was a puppy. I got size 2 anticipating she won't be over 40 lbs per the vet. Well..shes well over 70 lbs so it was time to get size 3! So the bottom pic is her now in the newest one. Im obsessed with it. The quality is obvious. The item arrives so quickly. My husband is never on deck for items like this but was very supportive of my purchasing the larger size. He agreed well worth the money. Willow loves it and we get compliments on it by every person who comes over. She goes in on her own and enjoy its. You can see she loves the new one already!
