This is the absolute worst place you can bring your dog. She changes the prices when you pick your dog up and will actually charge you $45 more just to pick your dog up on her opening hours that are posted online on a Sunday. She is very rude and Stated that she was doing me a favor by watching and feeding my dog. With all the competition around you would think she’d honor what HER hours say! Not to mention my dog has been shaking his head and has a touchy ear issue going on since I picked him up.
I hate to leave bad reviews because I know that this can have an impact on a small business. However, I feel that it’s my duty to warn other senior dog owners of this business. I had to say goodbye to my senior dog just a week and a half after getting her back from boarding. She was there for 10 days and when I picked her up, she was extremely skinny, had snot pouring out of her nose, and labored breathing. When I got home, I called Glenda’s to ask what had happened and was told that she was eating fine and that she just had a runny nose 4 days before I picked her up. I will never forget just how skinny my dog was when she came home and being a senior dog with chronic back issues, she did not have this extra weight to lose. At home, she could no longer put weight on her back legs to walk
Excellent grooming, loves doggy day care! I think the socialization w/ other dogs is important since he's the only one we have!!
As the previous reviewer has stated I WOULD NOT bring your dog to Glendas for anything. On a recommendation from our Veteranarian I brought our Shi tzu in for grooming on August 1. When I picked him up Glenda pointed out that he had what appeared to be "razor burn" or more like he was cut to deep on his belly. She was unclear as to how this happened and rather than ask the groomer how it happened she offered me a PEN and sent me on my way. I already had it in my head never to return to this place of business, but the final decision came on Friday evening August 8 when he started coughing....long story short we took him to the Vet and he was prescribed antibiotics and cough meds. Their best diagnosis: kennel cough! Kennel cough has a one to two week incubation period. Coincidence? I think n
Great place. Great service. Very quick in & out. My daughter love taking her little pupper there. 5 ⭐s. Highly recommend.
