The love I have for this place is infinity! I brought my cat name because I noticed something was wrong and they did x-rays and they noticed something was wrong, so they sent me to the ER. Thank God they did because I was able to see my kitty. Not only is everyone friendly, but they truly, truly care. They make me feel good and that that's the best feeling in the world and they actually saved my cat as well. I am very thankful for you guys! I wish you nothing but the best 2026 year ever. I cannot say enough about how wonderful EVERYONE at this clinic is. From the front desk staff to all the techs and Dr. Holly and her colleagues. Our cat is very ill and each time I call or need to bring her in they are always so compassionate. They are always willing to answer my questions, listen to my concerns and treat our cat like she was their own. And sometimes Miss Lily is there and she always puts a smile on your face. We are so grateful and blessed to have found these angels. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of medical care for their fur babies.

We had a great experience at Winter Springs Veterinary Clinic. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. What really stood out to me was that they examined and diagnosed our dog right in the room with us. They walked us through everything they were doing and explained their findings as they went. I’ve never had a vet do that before, and it made such a difference. It helped us feel included, informed, and confident in the care our dog was receiving. They also took the time to answer all of our questions without rushing us. You can tell they truly care about both the pets and the owners. Highly recommend!

I’m writing to express my disappointment with how my recent visit and prescription request were handled. As a first-time client, my initial in-office experience was positive. The check-in process was smooth, the appointment went well, and I left feeling confident about the care provided. Unfortunately, what followed completely undermined that experience. At checkout, I was told I would receive a link via email or text to order my pet’s medication. That communication never came. I had to take time out of my day to call the office and request that the link be sent. Afterward, I placed an order for NexGard through Amazon. The listing indicated the request would be processed within a day or two, pending veterinary approval. Instead, a full week passed with no approval and no communication. Onc
