I am so eternally grateful for the staff here at Banfield. It was my first time here and they made such an impact on me they will be my furever vet. From Nat, the receptionist who was so incredibly patient when my cat wouldn’t get out from under the bed and I was running late, to Hannah the amazing and compassionate vet tech. You guys made such a hard visit easy with how kind and compassionate you are. They are incredibly transparent when it comes to price, and are incredibly thorough with the exam. You can tell these people really do care about the animals they are taking care of. Thank you to the Doc who was there today as well. You all were amazing. Thank you for what you do. I'm not happy with Dr. Eskander at this point. He told me my dog needed to be on a liver diet because his ALT was high and put him on the liver diet well it made him sick we went to the emergency vet and had alot of test done and I had these records sent over to him but he never took the time to actually review them told me that he just needed to stay on that diet well had to take him back to the Emergency vet and got more test as of now both of the emergency vets i took him to said his liver is fine it's the wrong food and more test should have been done before determining it was his liver and changing his diet. And I was told he would be calling me back twice in two weeks after I called and I still am yet to hear from him. So I will not be going back after almost 3 years. This is a fo

What a different experience than Waterford lakes! The vet saw us in a decent amount of time, was super nice, helpful and personable. They were super busy as well but still worked us in due to the the condition our dog was in, which Waterford lakes banfield didn't even ask what our dogs condition was. The vet tech Drew was funny, knowledgeable, and just an all around great guy. Dr Cosgriff was AMAZING and super helpful and very sweet. Oh and the front office staff weren't rude! They smiled, said hello, weren't being over worked. They were so nice, still can believe the difference. We will happily drive the extra fee miles to avoid that hot mess of Waterford lakes banfield.

I took my puppy to Banfield in Winter Springs and was very pleased with the overall experience. The staff and veterinarian were wonderful, knowledgeable, caring, and took the time to walk me through everything I needed to know as a new puppy parent. I really appreciated the time and attention they gave us. However, I did have an uncomfortable experience during both of my visits. On the first visit, one of the staff members made a comment to my son about how expensive my puppy was and later asked to take a picture of him ( my puppy). At our second visit, the same staff member came out to greet my puppy while I was checking in, and it appeared she was trying to take more photos with her personal cell phone, this time without asking.
