Dr. Monica is truly amazing. She is kind, patient, and so compassionate with my dogs. You can tell she genuinely cares about the animals she treats and takes her role seriously. She also takes the time to answer questions and make sure you feel heard which is so important to any pet owner. What stood out to me most was her professionalism and willingness to personally follow up with me after our visit. That level of care and attentiveness speaks volumes about her character and the standard she holds for her practice. I’m incredibly grateful that my dogs are under her care and feel confident knowing they’re in such capable and compassionate hands. Highly recommend this office and specifically Dr. Monica to anyone in the Tuskawilla area looking for great care for their pets!

I found our new vet! My cat was in dire need and I called to see if they could help. Dr. Suero came to work early to help us. All the staff were very helpful and caring.

We are forever grateful to Dr. C "Chimienti" and the entire team at Tuscawilla Animal Hospital for the exceptional care they provided to our senior Yorkie, Nikki, during her final years. From the front desk to the exam room, the staff were always kind, understanding and patient. Dr. C was comforting, considerate of our concerns through all of Nikki's senior stages. He took the time to educate us about Nikki's senior years and thoroughly explained everything, never making us feel rushed or unheard. When we faced the hardest decision after 16 beautiful years with our fur baby, Dr. C guided us with empathy, honesty and genuine care. It’s the lack of communication and the nickel and dimming for me. I’ve been taking my dog here for years and It feels like all they care about is what they can tack on the bill without any communication. The girls in the office all work like robots and have zero personality. They’re often too busy to even care you’re even there and they act like you’re such an inconvenience because they’re too busy for you. I don’t feel any genuineness whatsoever from anyone there. If you’re going to continue to charge me up the hooha at least do it with a smile and communicate to me about my dog. I’ve done all the services here and I always walk out of there feeling like I just screwed!

All of the Veterinarians are amazing and took such great care of Sierra ! She had ACL surgery following by an emergent stomach surgery 5 days later followed by a mystery lesion on her leg and surgery to treat that a few weeks later. They have really gone the extra mile for Sierra and showed true love and compassion … Dr Chimienti particularly has cared for Sierra but also Dr Monica Suero and Dr Alex Suero have assisted in her care ! Amy is amazing and they have really given Sierra so much love during the past few difficult months. They knew when she was so sick that she needed to be home with us so had us come visit while she was at the vet overnight and checked with us often after taking her home ! They literally saved her life and we will be forever grateful !
