WOW ! Took my puppy here for his 1st grooming a few months ago & he came out looking beautiful as well as happy ! Took my puppy in for a 2nd grooming & was more than just a little disappointed with the results! Asked for the same cut but didn’t receive what I asked for! He came out with hair way too short & looking like an angry old man ! He was acting strangely like it had been a really horrific experience for him. But because I was so happy with the results the 1st time I decided to give them a 2nd chance because it could have been just a bad day. I took my puppy in today & was horrified when he came out. Not just a little short but all the way shaved ! No Teddy Bear cut like requested. They not only messed the whole grooming up. But my puppy was acting even worse & they cut him making

My lil chihuahua is a bit anxious, and they always impress me with how friendly and good they are with him, especially Tyler at the front that usually checks us in- she is fantastic! Overall, services are great. I’ve been here 5 times maybe and there was only one time they weren’t able to cut all his nails.

Amazing experience. My pup had terrible anxiety and resistance w last grooomer the last few grooms he wouldn’t let them groom him all the sudden. I was nervous as to whether he’d let them groom him here, so after a vet recommended them (shout out to cornerstone veterinary) we took a chance and so glad we did! We showed up w hair starting to dreadlock no joke, and he left fully groomed!! Tyler is exceptional and everyone there so caring, starting w the owner and trickling down. Lots of heart, patience & expertise here!

Took our 6 month old goldendoodle here after being referred here and I am SO happy we did! They were so patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. Absolutely 10/10 recommend everyone to go here. We had Jaime and he was stellar! Nino’s first cut looks amazing exactly what we were looking for and we were so pleased to see how clean the facility was along with how well they took care of him. We will be back for sure! 🐾

Five stars all the way for my golden retriever's grooming experience at D’tails Pet Boutique & Spa despite his fear of the hair dryer, the team here always manages to soothe him and deliver top-notch grooming results. Their patience, care, and expertise truly shine through, making each visit a positive one for both my pet and me. Highly recommended!
