Winter Garden Animal Hospital

They were so busy trying to push the most expensive prescriptions instead of trying to find the real underlying issue they missed the CANCER in my dogs foot. After lots of money spent for surgery. 5 months later we had to go to a different vet and spend even more money on another surgery to fixed what they didn't or couldn't. The notes left by the vet were so minimal the other hospital could not even tell what they did or were trying to fix. We followed all instructions on medication and post op procedures. I have all receipts and records for when they try and claim this is a fraudulent post. I will never go back and ill continue to tell everyone I know how they treated my dog and myself.

My dog has been a patient of Winter Garden Animal Hospital since is was a puppy; and, now she is 13 year old adult dog. I would not consider taking her anywhere else. Great doctors and technicians that are genuinely caring.

this hospital is a godsend from the moment we walked in with Oreo. Dr. Colon understood that we just wanted him to be comfortable during his last days & that was priority for us too. The Tech Lexi (hope i got name right) was so amazing too! So happy my friend recommended this hospital. It's not close to us but they are worth the drive. They are all amazing. Wish we found them way sooner!!! for Oreo's sake

I’ve been bringing my fur baby to this hospital for the past 4 years, this is the first time I actually like my experience. The current staff, techs, receptionists, & new Dr were amazing from scheduling my appointment to check out. It seems more organized, I appreciate the care provided for my fur baby & the service provided to the owners.

I am very concerned about the care and communication at this clinic. During a visit for my 11-year-old dog, I was told in person that she has liver cancer with multiple tumors, congestive heart failure and that euthanasia should be considered. No biopsy or referral to a specialist was offered and I was not shown or walked through the ultrasound results. I was told no follow-up appointments were needed and was given euthanasia pamphlets. I left completely devastated. After the visit, I called the clinic requesting my dog’s records. Because the file is under another name, communication had to go through that person. When we received the records, they did not mention cancer or the ultrasound findings. We were initially told the ultrasound recordings were not available. I had to request the r
