Dr. Santiago is an AMAZING veterinarian!! My boy, Elon, is always so nervous, but Dr. Santiago and his team are always so calm and patient and it brings Elon so much ease. The doctor is extremely attentive to both parents and patients. I recommend this office to EVERYONE!

Took my dog for a wound on paw paid over $1000 was sent home with no cone. They bandaged his paw. The doctor recommended to bring him back the next day for a bandage change when I arrive for my appointment at 10:30 in the morning. To do Bandage change I was waiting in lobby for hours was told my dog needed to be held down by two People For the change, I own a corgi he is only 30 pounds!! so I Patiently waited my turn once my dog was called back a nurse with glasses and Tattoo was very rude she took my dog to the back and came back with just a removal of the bandage no explanation. I’m assuming she did not want to change it. It was a busy day at the vet, but I have been bringing my dog there since he was a puppy. My boy Peanut Butter is always taken care of with so much love at Wintermere Pointe. He has some anxiety when going to the vet but the techs are always so sweet to him and give him the same cuddles and love that I do. Dr. Santiago is amazing and is so helpful with answering any questions I have. We are usually in and out in 30 mins max. I’m so grateful we found this vet after adopting our boy and I recommend it to everyone we know. I also find it to be very reasonably priced! Thank you for taking such good care of my bubba <3

Dr. Santiago, Erika, and the staff are knowledgeable and take the time to explain treatment options clearly, making us feel comfortable. The office is clean and organized, and they work with you on preventive care to keep my Ozzy (golden doodle) healthy year-round.

when i first moved to florida, our young dog was very sick, we were coming off of a year of procedures, tests and expensive medications to get our dog well but she was living in pain and our previous vet was never honest about her condition. we came to dr santiago and he was willing to have difficult conversations with us about what was right for our dog and her quality of life. he was so kind and his staff were caring when we had to make the sudden decision to put her down. naturally - we have brought our new puppy to his office and we couldn’t be happier. his staff is absolutely wonderful and my dog actually enjoys going to the office to see them all! on top of that his prices are fair and honest. i can’t say enough good things about our experience, we’ll continue to bring our dog here f
