Love supporting local and having this holistic pet supply store so close to downtown Winter Garden. Kim, the owner of Gracies, is extremely welcoming and knowledgable in helping you find the best products for your pet. We stopped in after seeing a post about Good Gravy dog food. Our dog got a taste of it for one meal before we finished up his old. That was a mistake! For each bowl of the old, he would walk over and point his nose at the bag of Good Gravy. It's now his preferred choice for dog food. We also like the assortment of natural chew toys. He has taken a liking to a lambs horn we got there. So many other great natural and holistic options. You will need to stop in!

As a first-time visitor, I was disappointed by my experience with one of the staff member’s at check-out. When he asked about my dog’s current food, instead of offering helpful suggestions about the brands they carry, he bluntly stated I was feeding my dog ‘the worst food.’ A more tactful, educational approach would have made all the difference. The store has an excellent variety of treats and quality food options, and with a friendlier approach, they could have easily earned my loyalty as a long-term customer. Unfortunately, due to this unwelcoming interaction, I won’t be returning

My wife and I have been shopping at Gracie’s for a little over six years. The owner, Kim, has been great to work with over the years. For as many people that shop there, she always remembers our dogs and has gone out of her way to bring in special food for one when he needed it. The store carries quality products that are reasonably priced. If you live in the central Florida area and are looking for a great place to buy products for your pets, I would highly recommend shopping at Gracie’s.

The best experience ever!!! They spent over an hour helping me get the best food for my dog and went over every option from the most expensive to the lowest costing dog food they have. Plus there was the cutest dogs there that were soooo friendly, and the cutest worker Barco. I will be getting my dog food from Gracie’s for a long time now.

One of the one and only best pet stores you will ever go to in central florida. High quality is the standard, best pet foods for any kind of dog. You’ll certainly find something that your dog will love. From raw to dry kibble. The owner and employees are a breath of fresh air and so kind and helpful. Real dog people that are knowledgeable and friendly. I’ll be switching my Aussie to open farm soon which I’ll be getting from here. Petco, petsmart, pet supermarket etc will never be on this level of quality and service. Shop small businesses
