Dr. Reyes and her team are all amazing! We recently took our pup Pepper there for a second opinion and loved her so much that we switched vets after 15 years at our previous vet! Our pup absolutely loves her and her whole team and they took such great care of him during a recent surgery. They are great to follow up and answered all of my questions, which were a lot! She is so compassionate, understanding and very thorough. She takes her time and doesn't make you feel rushed or like you're just another number. Very reasonably priced, great facilities and we are so thankful to have found her! 💖

I recently brought my dog Lucy to this clinic for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire team was incredibly attentive, kind, and patient. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. Dr Reyes took the time to carefully examine my dog and explain everything clearly, answering all of my questions without rushing. You can truly tell they care about the animals and their owners. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a caring and professional veterinary team. We will definitely be coming back!

Dr Reyes and her Team treat you and your special fur-kid(s) like you are a family member. They are all genuinely happy to see you walk in, to see you fur-kid, they are compassionate, caring, they listen to you and your concerns and are ready to get to work taking care of everyone. I spent several years with another vet company in Winter Garden and left because myself and my pets had become just a number. At Graceful Paws you and you fur-kid will oh so very happy! I brought my cat as a new patient to this clinic earlier this week and they fit me in that morning when I called, tearful with concerning symptoms. Every single employee was compassionate, encouraging and supportive of me as I was very emotional with concern for my baby. Dr. Sanchez was our vet and she was wonderful. She examined my kitty in a loving manner using a soft voice and encouraging words. She offered treatment options and lab work but asked me for my opinion to ensure it was shared decision making. She heard my concerns about 1 medication based on my past experience with it and she adjusted the treatment plan. It is rare to find a team who genuinely cares for both the patient and the parent in this way. May YHVH bless you all at this clinic for doing what you do for the fur babie
