I took our two dogs in December. We never received any texts or notifications of how our dogs were doing. I had to call to get any info. When we returned, our dog’s beds had poop on them and upon returning home we had to retrain our dogs not to pee in the house. I don’t think they let the dogs outside enough. We also paid for a bath to be done on the last day. Our dogs were wet but still stunk. Was shampoo used? We were not satisfied and will not be returning.

Greg and his family genuinely care for our dogs like they're one of their own. Highly highly highly recommend for boarding. We've not utilized training but our dogs seem better well behaved when they return home from boarding alone so I'm sure their training is excellent as well.

I used Windy Willow to kennel my dog while I traveled to visit family too far away to drive. The facility is large and clean. The rates are very reasonable. I would definitely use them again. My only, minor, complaint is that there could be more updates about how my dog was doing during the stay.

They were amazing, there is no other place I would trust, from drop off, which was a Sunday at 7 am to pickup, they were kind, cared about the animals, and clean.
