Doggie D'Tails

I brought my dogs in for grooming and had a very uncomfortable experience. When I arrived, the staff did not acknowledge my presence at all, even though I was standing there with my dogs. I then tried to explain a medical condition that one of my dogs has, and the employee did not respond or engage with what I was saying. The lack of communication and basic acknowledgment made the situation awkward and frustrating. Overall, the customer service was very disappointing, especially when discussing a dog’s health and care.

They do a great job and are so good with the dogs. Raven is especially good with my dog. She has groomed a few of my dogs over the years.

They did a great job with our golden retriever mix who doesn't like people messing with her paws. They bathed, brushed, trimmed her nails and hair, cleaned her ears etc for just $40. Great quality friendly service at a great price. We have gone there for years.
