I really appreciate the service received at Riverfront Vet. I truly appreciate the care given by Dr. Flippo and other doctors. Sylvia, Cassie, Nicole and Hannah are my favorites because they always treat my girls like queens. I also admire the others staff members. My three Pomeranians ♥️ just love the staff members. I highly recommend them to everyone. BEST veterinarian in Augusta and South Carolina 👌hands down. If my girls get sick they have NEVER turned me down for same day appointment. I wish more veterinarian had the same professionalism and care for pets. The cost is great not over priced.

Dr. Flippo is truly one of a kind. From the moment she reached out, her kindness, compassion, and genuine love for her patients were unmistakable. It is immediately clear that she cares deeply—not just about veterinary medicine, but about the animals she treats and the people who love them. She was incredibly patient, warm, and attentive, and she treated my dog, Ponki, with the kind of care every pet owner hopes for. In moments that are stressful and emotional, having a veterinarian who leads with empathy makes all the difference. Dr. Flippo is the definition of what a great veterinarian should be. She is a saint among vets and deserves a holiday in her honor—because professionals like her are rare and truly special. Now I need to petition for Saint Flippo Day!

Hands down the best experience! I would give more stars if I could. Customer service is top notch, which is so rare these days. From the very first phone call, Sylvia was able to hear my concerns and get my pup seen for her first appointment the same day. I have been wanting a 2nd opinion for my baby’s skin allergies for a while but thought swapping vets would be too stressful. The entire staff made the transition seamless from the moment I initially called. The building is brand new, smells amazing & is so clean. The vet tech immediately made my girl feel comfortable & Dr. Flippo was so knowledgeable about her allergy issues. I had to put my 16 year old dog to sleep so I called Riverfront and set up a appointment. It was a hard decision for me but the staff there helped in every way. They explained everything ahead, never rushed, and so compassionate. I had just purchased a 7 week old Shih Tzu and hadn't decided where I was going to gorge for her care, but after meeting everyone having to put my dog to sleep I just knew that's where I wanted to go. I had my first visit with my new puppy, Willow and it couldn't have gone better. She got her a shot, nails clipped, and a good check up and it was a wonderful visit. Then I received a text today to just check up on Willow. I feel great having Riverfront Vet for my puppy's care.

I would like to extend a huge thank you to Riverfront Vet for their incredible kindness during one of the hardest days of my life. ​After a frustrating experience at another local hospital where I felt like just a bill to be collected, finding Riverfront was a breath of fresh air. Their prices were reasonable, but more importantly, their compassion was unmatched. We unfortunately had to say goodbye to our 1-year-old pup, Minnie, and the team put her care—and our feelings—above everything else. ​I was too upset to remember everyone's name, but my husband and I were deeply touched by the people we met.
