I took my dog Willie for an initial well visit and dental consult. Dr. Qasim immediately noted Willie having a 6/6 heart murmur which need further investigation. Dr. Qasim is very patient and compassionate. He takes his time explaining things to me...more than once I might add as the bad news is hard to comprehend. The staff are also very nice and compassionate. They all seem very happy doing what they do. I highly recommend Windermere Vet Services....I haven't had a lot of luck with Vets in the area but can trust this group with my fur babies. They are also very responsive which is very important to me.

My cat fractured a canine tooth and was in a lot of pain and drooling all over himself when I got home from work. After calling around, this clinic was the only one accepting walk-in’s. I was fully expecting to be waiting a while, but they had us in a room and my cat being checked out within 20 minutes. It probably helped that it was a weekday. My boy needed an extraction. They took him into the back to examine him, but Dr. Q took videos of his mouth and the tooth to show me what was going on and explained everything. They were able to do the extraction right then and there! They sedated him for the procedure then reversed the sedation afterwards, which I thought was cool. This is the second time I have been there and my experience was excellent again. The dr really listens and try’s different things if the first things didn’t work. They didn’t keep me waiting and took me right back. They treated my cat with loving care and I’m glad that I decided to try this vet out.

I took my little dachshund to All4Pets on Sunday when she was unable to use her back legs and was pain. They were so kind and examined her immediately. They did X-rays and labs and gave her the appropriate medications. Today is Tuesday and she is able to walk short distances. I am optimistic she will recover. Thank you to the vet tech and veterinarian who gave my dog such great care!

I don't recommend this place. I scheduled my dog’s appointment through the website, after contacting by phone to know the value of the consultation ($60) since this is not available on the website. Upon arrival, everyone was nice, they didn't treat me badly at any time, but during the consultation, my dog was taken to another room without me, which I found strange - especially since this was my first experience with a pet in the USA. A few minutes later, they brought her back very scared and crying. The same girl, who was not the veterinarian I was told would see my dog, gives me a paper with more than 6 tests and vaccines costing more than $500 to authorize, not explaining the reason for each vaccine or test.
