The whole team at Chain of Lakes are amazing! The ability to text the front desk minor questions is super convenient, and everyone is very kind and patient with questions and concerns. My boy, Kuma, had to have a major surgery and there were complications; Dr. Lipp went above and beyond with his care, and even took him home with her for a few days to keep an eye on him. Between the texts and phone calls, she kept me informed every step of the way. Ryan is great with communication and very friendly any time I reach out. This is the best veterinary clinic I've ever brought my pets to.

We have been going to Chain of Lakes Animal Clinic as a patient of Dr. Chesnek since moving to FL over 7 years ago. Although I had no issues with my previous veterinary practice in CT, it wasn’t until our first experience at Chain of Lakes did I realize the difference between a good veterinary practice and a fantastic veterinary practice! My Sam loves all of the staff and each and every staff member we have ever encountered over the past 7+ years have been wonderful. Everybody is very thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. We highly recommend this practice!

This vet is amazing! The staff is so friendly and professional and the vet tech and vet doctor were so thorough and loving with my grand dog. They authentically care! They know what they are doing and they don't jump into un-necessary treatment. Up front with costs, so no surprises, and I found thier pricing was very fair for the exceptional service they provide, personally and professional. I recommend them highly, and will be taking all my fur babies here from now on.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Chesanek and her team. They take such great care of my girls (Luna, Cali e Flora), always so kind and patient with them (and with me too!). Dr. Chesanek explains everything in a way that makes me feel at ease and I always know my girls are in the best hands. The whole staff is welcoming and accommodating, and I really appreciate how much they care. Definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a vet who truly loves what they do.

We have been with Chain of Lakes since 2022 and I have nothing but the best things to say about the clinic and everyone there. The vets are amazing as well as the techs & receptionists. They are extremely accommodating and thorough. We will miss them so much and leaving this clinic has been one of the hardest parts of moving out of state!
