Animal Clinic of Windermere

We had such a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in. A great welcoming staff who checked us in and then the veterinarian assistant who walked us back to the exam room and was taking our information who was very helpful and very informative and caring for our fur babies. Then we met the caring Vetenarian who was so dedicated to caring for our puppies and informing us about their health and well being in addition to giving us so much helpful information to help train our puppies. All while are puppies felt very comfortable and cared for. Great experience from beginning to end.

The veterinary care given to our two senior labradoodles and now our puppy has been excellent. Dr Still and her staff are pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and compassionate and we are very pleased with the care given to our dogs. The facility is modern and clean and there is ample parking. The Pet Portal is user friendly and makes it very easy to make appointments, obtain records and communicate with the staff.

I cannot say enough great things about this clinic! I have been bringing my 3 year old Rottweiler here for the last year and a half, and I drive all the way from Lake Mary because they do such an amazing job with him. All of the doctors are extremely knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely care about me and my pup. We usually see Dr. Still, who we absolutely love because she is super passionate about what she does, and is also great at explaining things in a way that I can easily understand. My Rottie had to undergo a rather complex neuter surgery, and Dr. Still talked me through every step of the process, made me feel very reassured, personally kept me updated once his surgery was complete, and just did such an amazing job overall! Very caring, and the service is great. Our pets LOVE Dr. Mora who is kind and honestly cares about them as well. She is very ptoactive and will do everything in her power to keep them healthy and strong. The office staff is also kind and quick to help you out.

This vet service was very kind during this difficult moment of having to help my Gretel cross over. It's on ground level, no stairs, with parking lot. Spacious and we had a special room for saying goodbye. I could take my time in talking to her, holding her. We had the option of cremating or keeping the body to bury. The latter was more affordable and we could bury her in family plot with other pets. They normally have special bags to place the body but they ran out but later they found a large one. So we recommend when making an appointment to make sure they have the body bags. The vet discouraged burying because wildlife might dig up the body but we assured her this was in lot with high gates and large heavy flower pot was placed as tombstone.
