Petfolk Veterinary & Urgent Care - Windermere

I can’t even begin to express how amazing and caring this clinic is. I brought my 7 year old pup in today for an urgent appointment and they were so gentle with him and genuinely empathetic since I was a mess. They explained everything so clearly to me and never once tried to sell me on the membership they offer but I signed up anyway because this clinic will be my new veterinarian clinic for my animals because of how amazing they are. If you are ever in need of a new veterinarian clinic or need an emergency exam, GO HERE.

This was one of the worst places I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. I called ahead to let the attendant know we would be about 15 minutes late. We actually arrived 5:44 which the agreed was 5:45, but there was no one at the front desk, so we had to wait for her. When she finally came out, she told us she could not see us because it was two minute past 5:45, which was the time we had already spent waiting for her. She had been inside talking with some colleagues. We would have arrived even earlier, but as soon as we stopped the car, my dog ran off to relieve himself because he was dealing with stomach pain. We drove 45 minutes to get there, and it ended up being a terrible decision. There was absolutely no empathy, just a focus on collecting money. I would not recommend bringing

I think you're really paying for the overhead with a place like this. They charge prices people would be putting on a gofundme to save their pet's life.... For their introductory spay/neuter and vaccines. Genuinely 900$+. For the first appointment. Of course, this is windermere so anyone in that area would blindly drop the money. But I just want to say, this is really a glorified waiting room. It's a lovely building, but there are so many other great vets in the area and this is really the absolute most expensive I have seen. Their services I'm sure are wonderful, but I have met plenty of compassionate vets and workers for a fraction of the cost. For those not in the 10%, this will not be the location for your puppies or kitties.

Since I started going to this Petfolk location, the overall health and wellness of my cat has greatly improved!! Casper was originally an anxious cat with urinary issues, he didn't do well with any kind of schedule change or other stressors. Through work at home behaviorally and with the help of the entire team at Petfolk, Casper is much more confident and is doing amazing! The Petfolk team was always patient with Casper, even at his most anxious, and provided amazing and thorough care! Thank you so much!

I came today to bring my cat in who was in critical condition and the vets and the staff took amazing care of my boyfriend and I along with my cat emerald. She did unfortunately pass but I do Appreciate everything they did for us and the care took with us and making sure we were both okay and telling us what was best for her and giving us the space to make decisions as well as I was sobbing loudly for hours and none of them judged me at all. So I appreciate this experience and will be back to bring our kitten and our two dogs to be taken care of by this team.Thank you all so much for taking care of emerald in her last few hours of life. I will miss her the rest of my life but I know she is in a better place.
