Our experience with Elke was one of the worst. She never read the care sheet that I had carefully typed up (4 pages long) with all the feeding, care instructions for our 2 indoor cats and 1 dog. She made a decision to leave the 1 cat out, even though this cat was to be put in a guest bedroom ("his room") as he is an escape artist every time you leave the house and at night. So on the day I were to return on my late flight and since my flight was going to be late, I had someone come into let my dog out, needless to say, my 1 cat escaped out the sliding door and to outside since Elke decided to leave him out and not put my cat in his room when she had left that day.
