VIP Petcare Vaccination Clinic

Amazing and beyond my expectations! They did such a wonderfully perfect job with my difficult 12 year old Lab who has fears of getting his nails cut due to an incident in 2019 where he broke his toe from the nail being too long and he endured pain and surgery as a result. But the wonderful, kind, supportive staff handled him perfectly and made it a great experience for him to come back next time; thanks so much!

I love going to VIP PetCare clinic. You register and they text you when it’s your pets turn. No waiting in a long line and no worrying that your dog might not behave while waiting. Service was friendly, efficient, and got what we needed. Very happy. Definitely will continue visiting the clinic for my pet’s needs.

Terrible sign in process. Rude service people. Non caring Dr and technicians. All customers in line were so confused regarding when their appointment was, sales people were of zero help. I was told “ not to sit on any benches”,” “just walk around the store” Im 77 years old as were most other people there that day, I needed to sit! The technicians wouldnt help put a muzzle on my dog AND….the muzzle was Old, Ripped and Dirty!!!! I had a coupon but the cashier would not honor it! I would NOT recommend your service to anyone!!!

I really enjoy VIP Petcare. They have great vaccination clinics. The people are always friendly and willing to answer any questions. I move around quite a bit because of my type of work. VIP is nation wide so my pet records are available at every VIP clinic. Plus easy 24 hour access to the records for any vet I may need to visit beyond their services or after hours. My favorite VIP clinic is Walnut Creek. The lines seem to always be short.

The area where the dogs were seen was clean. The vet was friendly and of great help in explaining the difference between an injectable of bordatella and a nasal vaccine. I will return to this location and recommend it.
