Very friendly and helpful staff. They helped me put together a gift bag for my grandma who said it felt like Christmas morning when I gave it to her!

Love going in here. The staff always has a smile to share. They currently have a foster cat that they’re helping find a home for. Very comfortable and relax environment. They are very knowledgeable on our area of birds, and have a great variety of food and feeders. Thank you wild birds unlimited!

Super cute atmosphere and staff is super friendly and helpful, as well as knowledgeable! They have feeders for all types of birds, food, squirrel prevention, decorations for yard, books on birds, and even gifts! Stop and say hi to the kitties they foster for the humane society to help find forever homes! Recommend becoming part of membership club is you love birds to get extra discounts, it's worth it!

Horrible customer service - avoid at all costs! Went to check out the store and witnessed the lady yelling at a bunch of kids standing in line for games next door. That's not the kind small business community I grew up with in Wausau and not one I want to support. Completely hostile and unprofessional. If I could rate it 0 stars, I would.
