Gus The Foxhound wanted me to share ..."I come home from this place just tuckered out. The place is clean as a whistle. They even gave my mom a refund for play time not used since she picked me up early". My dog has allergies this time of year so the astro turf does not get him scratching. The customer service is great. Highly Recommended.

From checking in thru pick up after a full grooming experience we received exceptional handling. We will definitely return

When I spoke to staff on the phone, I was told if I dropped off my dog Friday afternoon and picked up either Sunday afternoon or Monday morning, I would be charged for two days. I came home early and picked up my dog Sunday afternoon. Was charged for 3 days. Details on receipt that was signed upon drop-off had been changed. Was not given receipt after paying. Staff threatened to call the sheriff after I expressed my displeasure with the situation.

The ladies at RWPR take such great care of Gemma and are always helpful, friendly and welcoming. We never have a worry when leaving our dog in their care.

Great staff and services. My 100lb baby of a dog decided to eat their drywall, and they were able to resolve the issue by moving him and didn't freak out about it. They also gave him a bath, trimmed his nails and played with him individually each day (additional costs, but, worth it for sure). Was pain-free to pick up and drop off
