For many years I've used Wignall for all the cats I've had. Recently one of my cats needed dental work. It was not a problem of cleaning but an actual medical problem. Fortunately my pet insurance helped with the cost. The vets and technicians there are great. They were able to do the procedure and actually it cost less that originally thought. Wignall adjusted the price. (They could have charged the original estimate and I wouldn't have known, but they don't do things like that.) They explained everything before and after. I was called while the procedure was being done to inform me of what they found. Afterwards I was given detailed instructions along with copies of pictures and x-rays. Wignall is accommodating, empathetic, and ready to help when it comes to emergencies! The support they gave to my pup and I within two hours of calling in was top notch!! Three techs working alongside Dr. Edwards was icing on the cake to make sure my furbaby was triaged. Did I mention this was at 6:00 PM when most vets are closing up? The follow up phone call to check on my pup was an added touch! Always a great experience the minute they pick up the phone to the moment we leave following an appointment!

Misleading and not transparent. Explained I was a broke college student, JUST looking for distemper and rabies vaccine. They said they could do it. When I attempted to pay the already expensive vaccine payment, they hit me with an additional $100 (more than the vaccines themselves) for a “complete exam”. What does this “complete exam” cover? They told me my cat’s weight (thanks I own a scale too). Told me my cats teeth are healthy (thanks, I know what bad teeth look like), and they told me my cat isn’t experiencing any pain (they asked me if I had notice her in pain). Complete waste of $100. Was not told anything I couldn’t already see with my own eyes. Was not notified of this examination, even after explaining my financial situation. Disappointed to say the least. Yesterday we took our fur babies for the annual exam. The facility was exceptional clean, no strange odors. Our girls were very nervous and anxious, sad.The staff was excellent. Check in and checkout was a breeze. The technicians and doctor were so gentle and caring. I highly recommend Wignall for your pet’s needs.

Had to have my dog Dasher put down unexpectedly. Erika and Dr. Edwards were top notch, with their sympathy and overwhelming support for my daughter and I. I cannot thank them enough with their help. I would recommend Wignall and HIGHLY recommend Erika and Dr. Edwards for how they treated us in this difficult situation. Thank you……
