Fancytails Grooming

I recently moved from the south shore. My Queenie is aggressive. 4 groomers denied queenie from returning. I seen fancytails online. They did a excellent job with my dog, they also had patience. I'm on my 3rd visit. I was amazed to see that she groomed her face, my Queenie don't like her face touched. She knows how to handle dogs really well. Thankful for my new groomer.

Brought my first puppy for her first haircut and Joann was really helpful and patient! She explained how to properly take care of my puppy! She did a great job with my puppy’s first haircut! Will definitely be going back to Joann and I would highly recommend her! She will answer any question that you have and will help you finding resources for your dog!!

Joann at fancy tails is amazing! She took my new puppy in right away and made sure I had all the right things I needed for the type of dog that I had. She even recommended me a dog trainer that has been extremely helpful in training my pup! I won’t go anywhere else! 10/10 recommend!

OMG I never met an owner more condescending narcissistic extremely rude zero people skills in my life. She’s always right when she speaks to you. She’s very condescending extremely rough around the edges. We had to come here because it was close by and our place was booked. Right when I got in there, she was telling me we don’t comb our dog condescending us . I was offended because we comb our dog every day. Then she just started to belittle us. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. There’s no way she’s got five star reviews unless they’re by her friends and family. If she told me The next 10 cuts will be free with $500 attached to each time I wouldn’t go in there. As in my dogs grooming, I give it about a B-minus. Her as buisness owner and people skills F plus. Joann is awesome. My dogs love her. They always come home looking great and most importantly comfortable and happy with their new cuts. Even my grumpy old man was always happy to see her, and that says a lot.
