A Pet's Pleasure

I’ve been bringing my two Pomeranians here for a little over four years. Even after moving further away, I still made the effort to come back because I used to really appreciate the way they groomed my dogs. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill. The last few visits haven’t been great, but this most recent time was completely unacceptable. The haircut was not just done incorrectly — it was hacked. My dog’s coat was left uneven and lopsided, with chunks of hair 2–4 inches longer than the rest, and his head was cut way too short for his breed. The owner tried to brush it off as a “miscommunication in the consultation,” but there was no miscommunication. I explained exactly what I wanted, the same way I’ve done many times before. This mom & pop pet store is Great 👍. The prices are a little bit higher than big franchises but they make up for it in service and quality of products. They also carry feeders for small repitiles & arachnids which is pretty cool. 😎

I've been bringing my cat there for years. She gets a lion cut and always looks perfect. Everyone is very friendly and they are reasonably priced. My cat is now 18 yrs old and would not trust anyplace else with her.
