The people here are genuinely nice which I respect. However after getting a surgery for my cat here I paid nearly 200 dollars more of what I initially thought I was going to pay. The cost was not explained to me clearly and I had to spend money I didnt have after explaining many times that I cannot afford the expensive side of the surgery. I wish the prices would had been explained more in detail because I would have not gone through with the surgery.

I had to bring my cat in on new years eve cause he swallowed like a foot of yarn for some reason, and they were SO busy but were able to squeeze me in after a wait that wasn't too bad. They were so thorough with the work-up process and got the procedure done successfully, and throughout it all I couldn't help but be amazed at the organization during non-stop phone calls and walk-ins. The front desk staff are awesome as was the doctor and other medical staff.

My fur baby and I are a " special" pair, we are both very anxious and attached to each other. It takes a little extra time and attention to care for us. Your staff was amazing, from the moment we got there to the follow up email we have both been treated with compassion and respect. Every question I had was answered and discussed thoroughly. I came away feeling empowered and educated to make good decisions for my fur baby. And the plan we have in place to reduce Little Baby Girl Dog's anxiety next time greatly reduces my anxiety as well. I can't speak highly enough for the service we received.

The staff is beyond incredible they are professionals meaning they care about your animals and they give them the right treatment to help with them out with specifically what they need they are very polite and they are very outstanding The first 3.pics are the beginning of the treatment the last 3 are how she's doing now.

Absolutely the best service and Staff. Dr Jenkins saved our Bella. We love Westside Vet Clinic, Dr Jenkins, Jayme and the ladies at the front desk. They truly love and care about your pet. A++
