My family loves it here. We are greeted with smiles every time. The kids get stickers. My dogs and I are happy and better now with the food recommendations. Batman is the coolest cat. I’d give more stars just for him if I could.

The Neighborhood Pet Shop in Searcy is truly one of a kind! Every time I walk through the door, I’m greeted with friendly faces and genuine care—not just for me, but for my fur baby too! From top-notch toys to the most nutritional food options, they always help me make the best choices for Bellarella’s health and happiness. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to answer questions or offer suggestions. Their self-pet wash is super convenient and makes bath time a breeze. Absolutely lovely pet shop! This is our favorite place to come with our Goldendoodle. Great assortment of treats, lots of fun critters for my kids to see. They especially love the resident turtles that roam the store!

This store has a great selection of pets and pet supplies. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back. Our dogs loved the cookies.

I came to NPS for the self wash with my Great Pyrenees and Parker was super helpful! I asked if there was a certain kind of soap possibly that wasn’t out and he found the one I was needing as well as had some brush suggestions for my dogs specific coat! Went ahead and got me a quote for a grooming, (CHEAPEST IVE EXPERIENCED!! And met the groomer!!) definitively definitely definitively!!! Coming back! My dog loved the stored and we got lots of free treats! The staff was cheerful and you could tell they loved what they do.
