The customer service was amazing from start to finish. Our girl was recently locked up and in the middle of her cycle. So our situation was time sensitive. The proper care for our baby girl and her safety was even more stupendous. The prices were higher than we expected but after speaking with the vet and getting an explanation of why these cost were necessities we understood. Thank you West Villa for going above and beyond to answer my questions and the share my concerns with sincerity. I HIGHLY recommend taking your fur babies to this vet.
The Staff. It’s the Staff that makes or breaks any business. From the moment you walk in, you know your dog is going to be well taken care of. Does it help that Winston is the Best Winston that ever did Win, and that’s why they love him? Sure. But it’s the Staff that did it for me.
I was treated very well. I went to look for my pet Wiggles' medical history and, having some difficulties with the language, the receptionist was very patient and spoke to me very slowly. I am very pleased. I definitely recommend this clinic 100%. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! WORKERS LIKE THE RECEPTIONIST MAKE THE DIFFERENCE IN ANY COMPANY!
I have brought all my pets here. I have had 1 dog who lost his leg to a tragic accident and they helped me through it. I have had to put 2 other dogs to sleep and the west villa staff has been there for me. now I have my 3rd dog and I would not trust him to anyone else.
My Dog is ALWAYS taken care of here. He is an absolute Rascal and hates the vet, but he is cared for well here. Thank you to the whole staff always
