I went here for the first time a few weeks ago and I will definitely be back. The entire staff is kind, helpful, transparent, and treated my pup like a friend. Their vet was well spoken and explained things to me in a way I could clearly understand, while giving me multiple treatment options. Reasonably priced as well. Thank you guys.

We love West Hills Animal Hospital!! They have taken wonderful care of our dog and always make him feel like he’s the best puppy in the world. He doesn’t always like the vet cause they give him shots but they do a great job making him feel comfortable and are happy to give a few treats so they can be buddies again. He loves the people and so do we! We have been so impressed with how patient they are when he’s nervous and how calm and caring they are.

I don't think I could say enough positive things about Dr. Matt Brent, Betsy, and all of the staff at West Hills. Through my work with rescues and shelters, I have been to many clinics in various states.... very few compare to West Hills! Dr. Brent is incredibly knowledgeable, open-minded, and compassionate. All of the staff are easy to talk to, kind, and their love for animals and people is exceptional. When Dr. Brent saved my dog's life with emergency surgery, I called every day to check up on her progress. Everyone at West Hills took great care of her they were happy to let me know how she was doing.
