PAWZ always does a great job on our pups groomings! They treat them like family the moment they step in the door and it shows! Would recommend to everyone!

I recently took my puppy here for grooming, and overall, I had a really positive experience. The haircut was absolutely perfect! Exactly how I wanted it and they were incredibly understanding and patient with him, especially since he’s still a wiggly puppy who doesn’t stay still for long. There was a small issue where they shaved a little too close to his testicle, but when I called to bring it up, they immediately apologized and offered a full refund. I really appreciated how professionally and maturely they handled the situation. Mistakes can happen, especially with puppies who move around a lot, and I could tell they genuinely cared and took responsibility. Despite that, the staff were very kind and sweet with my dog, and I felt he was in good hands. I’ll definitely be coming back for

We started boarding with Pawz once Central Vet stopped around 2020. Our golden would usually be "mad" and not eat after being boarded before Pawz but we never had an issue at or after boarding multiple dogs here in the 5+ years we have been using them. More importantly, when we lost our first lab at 15yrs and recently when we lost our golden at 15.5yrs every employee signed a condolences card with memories. My kid's 21 month old lab isn't as enthusiastic at the start of boarding -- case in point earlier this AM -- but they take great care of him and put him at ease. We will continue to use their services.

I adore Pawz. I began taking my older puppy there for daycare and we’ve been with them all this time, and he is now four-and-a-half years old. Staff love on my dog, and he gets so excited about going there and seeing all his friends: two-footed and four-footed alike. Plus Pawz’s customer service is number one. I’ve boarded my dog with them and feel totally happy doing so, from overnight stays to a week or more once while I was recovering from surgery. I love their doggie crafts and special enrichment days. Also, for someone who lives near downtown/Bearden, Pawz’s location can’t be beat! Their hours are great, too!

River, is our 6 month old Mini Aussie. She hadn’t been around other dogs yet. The people at PAWZ knew what to do with her. They cared about her and slowly introduced her to play time with other dogs her size and energy. It was easy to tell as soon as I met them that they loved her and all animals, which made me comfortable to leave her with them for the weekend. Thank you PAWZ
