North Star K9 Training

Our dog Whiskey danced to the beat of his own drum. He ran in the opposite direction when you called his name, didn’t listen, and was a menace in public. We enlisted the help of Northstar K9 and opted for a 2 week training camp. Our pup returned a new man! He’s the best boy, listening and following commands even when distractions exist. Whiskey is now a distinguished gentleman turned from his menacing ways thanks to his wonderful trainer Ellie. I highly recommend this company, it’s changed our lives for the better!

Unbelievable experience from start up finish. Chloe worked with our Belgian Malinois- Bella. Belgians are super high strung. She had a lot of patience to put a lot of effort into helping us with her. Two and above and beyond when it came time to meet with her to pick her up. Chloe was always willing to drive either halfway or further to help us get Bella back-and-forth. Just an excellent experience, good people and they care.

Wally is back home and it’s time for me to work with him here at home, and go on our own adventures! We now have the proper tools, and ways to practice good dog behavior! Thanks so much to Lindsey for training this crazy guy, and for training me too! If you want to work with the best trainers in Knoxville, these are your people! Can’t wait to see what Wally and I accomplish going forward. Also soooo glad we will have lifetime support! Thanks Lindsey and North Star!

I had the pleasure of working with Morgan from North Star K9 to help train my young bloodhound, Kahlua. Kahlua had been struggling with anxiety, especially around people and in the busy downtown environments. After doing some research, I decided to enroll her in North Star K9’s two-week boot camp program — and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I have made for her. The transformation in Kahlua has been incredible. Not only did Morgan work with her on all the foundational obedience commands, but she also helped her build confidence in situations that used to overwhelm her. Since returning home, Kahlua has continued to thrive. She is much more relaxed and comfortable in public settings — we can now take her to restaurants and stores like Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Dick’s Sporti

What an amazing transformation of our dog Lovey that Shannon has accomplished during Adventure Camp. We witnessed an incredible dog whisperer❤️ at work with the multiple pictures and videos we received daily. Seeing how much she loved our dog made us very comfortable while she was away. As accomplished as Shannon was in training our dog, she was also excellent in teaching us how to maintain the behaviors learned. Adventure camp with Shannon FAR EXCEEDED our expectations. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️‼️
