This was my first time to a vet that I felt actually cared for my dog. I've never felt so comfortable and cared for at a vet. This clinic took my dog in like it was their own and went over and beyond to make sure she lived. I am still in shock and disbelief of Dr. Anderson and his Beautiful Caring wife Nicole. I am so Appreciative for all your help and Care in taking care of Bo. I Normally don't feel comfortable leaving Bo with Anyone but I felt more than comfortable leaving her here. Thank You So So So Much for Saving Bo. Thank You So Much for Saving Me. 💓

I’ve been taking my cat here for 3 years and they have been nothing but excellent. The ladies at the front desk, Becca and Kati, have always been extremely personable and friendly. Their veterinary nurse, Heather, is always super friendly and was very informative and thoughtful in explaining any issues my cat had, especially when it involved his asthma. Dr. Anderson and Dr. Willens are the best vets I’ve brought an animal to and I wish I was able to continue bringing him to them. This will always be the place I recommend to anyone in the area and I wish I could leave a rating higher than 5 stars. So thankful for how these people have treated me and Teach.

I've been a client.. or my pets have... at WCAH since some time in 2013 or 2014. Dr. Andersen was our primary vet initially, and the quality of care and concern he showed for my pets was heartwarming. He made sure to give us options when things were good and bad, he tried everything to keep my pets healthy. We moved away for a while and came back 2 years ago, this time Dr. Josh is our primary. Previous vets dismissed my concerns (apparently clicky joints and wheezing is normal in cats?!) but I decided that I had to ask again because it seemed like my Princess Beans was moving less and less as her clicking got worse... We took my cat Simon to Waugh Chapel Animal Hospital for an emergency that led to a very serious surgery and 10 days in the hospital. The entire staff was amazing and supportive during this time and after we took him home. They gave Simon a ton of love while he was there and kept us up to date almost daily.
