Love our Petco. Employees really care and are knowledgeable of animals. Nicest people and always fun to chit chat and get weekly pick up feeders etc. Kudos to Shenelle, Alix, Carla, Jordan, Emily and Matt.

They should except this review since the manger Alexandra display of horrible customer service. My dog got shaved bald in the winter and SHE decided to make me the bad guy, after being harassed instead of offering any form of compassion or care what had happen, I got attacked verbally then accused for the mistake and continuation of condescending remakes completely defensive instead of being kind. I was told to “give back their leash” as if anyone wants to keep it those weird leashes, like I was trying steal or something to make other people thing I was a thief, loud and embarrassing as she was, I knew she was trying to make me angry, she continued on antagonizing after they mistreated my dog. She said “you can’t come here anymore” like she was in highschool, I said okay, she kept going! J

First time in this store and what a great selection of food for our pets. Also, you can find special fresh food for dogs. I was looking for a medicine for my cat and Elli and Shaana helped a lot. By the way, they have such a friendly staff. Petco stores has a program all over the Country to help pets with donations as well support the adoption of this animals.

Thank you so much Emily for your outstanding customer service. I placed an order for my dogs Halloween costume and unfortunately it was out of stock but they had my substitute option that I wasn’t 100% sold on, in stock. I asked Emily her honest opinion on it & she was honest! 🥹 she then went the extra mile to help me find a new costume OVER THE PHONE!!!!! 😭 thank you so much Emily!!! ( I will come back with an update of my Zara girl) ☺️💖🎃

I walked in to get some dog food for my 10 year old Shih Tzu and one of the guys (white male With dark hair) was walking from the back. He looked at me like I wasn’t supposed to be there. It made me uncomfortable. My purchase was only $23 including taxes and I felt like my money wasn’t welcome there.
