Walton Way Veterinary Clinic

We’ve been coming here for just over 6 months and have really loved the staff here at Walton Way Vet. Dr. Vann is thorough in her assessment with our old man and always provides more than one plan of treatment. Our bulldog has recently been struggling with severe arthritis and it was comforting to know we had more than one option for him. They truly treat your pets like family here and we will definitely recommend them to others.

I found a stray pitbull while in Augusta for work and brought him in to be checked out. He was not a friendly guy at all to the staff or to Dr. Vann and he said alot of ugly words to them. Everyone there took it all in stride and handled Bear wonderfully. They did not get rough with him or get scared by all his growling and ugly ways. By far, the staff and Dr. Vann handled him amazingly. We have since made it home to LA and Bear has seen our local vet but Dr. Vann and staff managed Bear better than any other vet he has seen. If we lived in Augusta, we would definitely be using Walton Way for all our vet care needs. I cannot say enough great things about them.

I lost my cat to euthanasia after a difficult bout with cancer earlier this year, and have since recieved multiple email notifications to bring my deceased pet in for Comprehensive bloodwork, with the last as recent as today. Thanks for the repeated gut punch, Walton Way. ------ Update after Walton Way response: 24 November 2025 Yeah, my account really seems corrected. I guess that's why I got this prescription reminder for my still dead cat today from your pharmacy partner.

Dr. Vann and her staff are wonderful. They make you and your pets feel like family.

Today I had to take my sweet Charlotte to be put to sleep. She had cancer and took a turn for the worst this afternoon. Dr. Vann is my regular vet. She is amazing. Today, during my sweet doggy’s crisis, they immediately made time for her and had a room waiting for us when we got there. I was never left alone to grieve by myself. Dr. Vann and Taylor helped me send my sweet Charlotte to a world of peace. They were present for me and my sweet girl. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my girl. Today was so hard but they made it bearable. Thank you to Dr. Vann and her amazing team!
