Barkery on Broad

Noa has been visiting Barkery of Broad for the past two years, and they always take such wonderful care of him! The grooming is always beautiful, and I feel like they’ve truly become part of our family.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the grooming service my dog received at Barkery on Broad. Our first experience with this establishment was positive, and Megan, our groomer on both occasions, was very communicative and informative, clearly stating that additional charges would apply if dematting was necessary. However, our recent visit was quite the opposite. Despite explicitly requesting a teddy bear cut and for as much hair as possible to be left, our dog has been practically shaved bald. Since this cut, his behavior has drastically changed; he has become skittish, extra clingy to me and unlike his usual self. I'm starting to think she messed up on the initial cut and decided to just shave him completely down as that's the only plausible answer to him now looking l

My French Bulldog Bunny loves it here! She especially loves her groomer! She’s always excited to be here and I truly love that. They do a wonderful job with grooming - especially getting in the ears which can be tough to do on my baby. They are quite knowledgeable and always communicate and offer tips for at home care. I highly recommend Barkery on Broad! You won’t be disappointed.

Extremely affordable grooming and they treated my Ellie with love. Her coat is beautiful and we will be back!
