Hall's Balls & Exotics Pet Emporium

Since the store open, I have been getting all my pet needs from them. I recently bought three pets from them all that I dreamed of having anytime I need knowledge or questions on any of my animals, including the ones that I did not purchase from them they are always there to help if I ran out of things I need more they always have it and if they don’t, they make sure to get it for me. The staff is very nice and the owners go above and beyond for everyone. I wish every pet store would be like this when you’re in Augusta please stop by and see you won’t be disappointed.

My husband and I have not been to your store yet, but as soon as we can get to Augusta, we can’t wait to stop in. We got a ball python from you at the Columbia Repticon about 2 years ago and she is the healthiest most beautiful girl. Every time we’ve seen your booth we can tell your animals are very well cared for and healthy. If we had the space, we wouldn’t hesitate to acquire another. Congrats on opening the store!

The store has been a very welcoming place for me and my child to come for education on our pets were have. This isn’t your big chain pet store that just wants to hand you an pet they take the time to educate, advise, and help you to best prepare for bringing home your newest family member and keeping them healthy. This small family run business isn’t here just for the sale they care just as much for every animal in their shop as their own and want you to love them just as much. Thank you for always being available to my million questions with all our animals.

I can’t say enough good things about Halls Balls & Exotics Pet Emporium. A few weeks ago we got our beautiful rose boa from them, and the entire experience was amazing. They were incredibly helpful and took the time to make sure we understood everything we needed to know to properly care for her before bringing her home. Not only did she teach us about the care and needs of our snake, but she also shared a lot of fun and interesting information about many of the other animals in the store that we were curious about. It was really cool getting to learn about different species while we were there, and she helped guide us toward what would be the best fit for us at the time instead of just trying to sell us something. i love this store!! these are really nice people who know their stuff and care about their animals and it shows. i was soo happy finding out we were getting an exotic pet store in town and they haven't disappointed one bit!! the store is always clean, well organized and everything is priced super reasonably. i've gotten a baby pixie frog and 10+ arachnids from here and they're all healthy and thriving. they also have the best quality feeder insects in town. genuinely cannot recommend checking this place out enough!
