The workers are so professional and eager to assist with anything my dog or I need. The store is soooooo clean and the bathing station is world class, almost like a spa for my pup. Ranger loves the wide variety of delicious treats they have on hand.

I cannot say enough good things about this establishment. Sarah in particular went out of her way and was so helpful. I have 2 dogs, one of which is a rescue and is in constant training. She is anxious but I still like to try to take her out in a responsible way. Leash pulling has been hard to correct and when I asked Sarah about a specific harness she actually sat on the floor and took her time in trying it on my dog. Not rushing, giving her time to get comfortable and made the sizing adjustments. While I walked around with my rescue to try the harness Sarah held the leash for my other dog. Product wise the leash has reduced her pulling which is great, but the customer care from both Sarah and the manager was out of this world! I was very impressed by the whole experience. First time to use self wash on my elderly medium & large size dogs. Best self wash I’ve ever used. The friendliness of the staff who helped me navigate the room and told me of the different washes that they had was wonderful. They have individual rooms which makes it easy to have both dogs in the room. They had step stool that my dogs can get on and off the station safely. The room was dry and clean even the apron I used was clean and didn’t smell. Thank you for the kindness you provided me and my dogs during our first time. Thank you Hollywood pet and feed. Quick and easy and the dogs smell amazingly clean!

I visited Hollywood Feed (HF) to use HF's newer dog wash station. My big boy, Kenny, weighs 108 lbs & blind, so if something frightens him he plants himself on the floor & he can't be moved. I mention this because he was NOT getting into the bathing tub, but the nice HF employee said that's no problem as he can be washed on the floor. What?!? Yes, the water hose sprayer & the dryer can reach all around the room in order to reach all corners the dogs want to hide in, plus there is a drain hole in the middle of the floor! Wow!! She was totally correct. HF also provides shampoo & conditioner. I was able to wash Kenny as he scooted to a corner of the room. This is by far the top feed store in the Augusta, GA area. I stopped by last night looking for Royal Canine Frenchy dog food and when I stepped through the doors I immediately knew I was in trouble because of the variety of pet toys, wholesome treats, decor, food, and the ambience was modern, southern, and natural. The store was well laid out, had clear direct labels with pricing and director signs, it was clean, smelled nice, and the store associate was the most helpful clerk I’ve ever come into contact with. Michelle, same name 😄, noticed me in the dog food aisle and asked if she could help me find what I needed.
