The whole staff is great. I have a particularly feisty and obnoxious dog and they never bat an eye. They find ways to calm him and are flexible when it comes to when and where they do their evaluations. Our dog goes home happy even when getting vaccines and blood draws. Dr. Toth takes the time to go everything they accomplished and results of tests are fast and reported via the app or texts. They also send timely reminders and proactively call to make appointments. They provide great service!

Dr. Huerter was absolutely wonderful at our new patient visit. I brought my anxious kitty Maya in for dental concerns, and she was so kind, patient, and compassionate the entire time. She took the time to thoroughly evaluate Maya and explain everything clearly to me, which made me feel very reassured. Maya is usually very scared at the vet, but she handled her so gently and with so much understanding. I’m incredibly grateful we found this clinic and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring, thorough veterinarian.

Took my dog in to this office June 2025, because she was having stomach issues. They couldn’t figure out what was wrong, but took blood and told me to call back if she got worse. I was told Dr Dempsey would call me the next day. The next day she was much worse, I called the them and left 3 messages that day, nobody ever called me back and Dr Dempsey never followed up. My dog ended up passing away later that day at an emergency vet. I found out later that when you call Walnut Creek Vetrinary Clinic you are calling into a call center that services several vet offices in the Omaha area, my call was being transferred to an office in West Omaha that closed early that day. Doctor Dempsey did call me 2 days after the appointment regarding the bloodwork, I then informed her my dog had passed away.

First time taking my fur babies here and right when we walked in we were greeted with kindness. There was no wait and we even showed up early, the place was very clean, their prices are way better compared to other places, and you can see that they have a huge compassion for animals. Recently, our family vet retired. Seeking a new location for pet care, I chose Walnut Creek Veterinary Clinic. I was in shock at how well my dog was treated! Their staff is receptive, caring, and communicative like I have never seen before! I saw Dr. Megan Losee, and she immediately built rapport with my frightened pup and with me. Her kind demeanor and knowledgeable advice made me (& my pup!) incredibly reassured and educated on what our next steps should be with the treatment plan.
