Stores fine, clean and organized. Cashiers need to be quicker. Not sure how Bonnie had 4 guests in line for 10+ minutes until a young man came up to check them all out within 2 minutes.

Good sized PetSmart, friendly staff. Came to grab some aquarium supplies. Always have a good stock and aisles are kept clean. Will continue to frequent this PetSmart for my pet needs.

I went in looking for a basket muzzle, they only had basket puzzles in small and X-large. The had a variety of soft puzzles which do not allow dogs to drink or open their mouths much. I would think during the hiluday season with more people visiting, the need for puzzles would increase, and this increase could be anticipated and planned for. It's frustrating.

I have a bad experienced in petsmark Pappillion Nebraska. One of the employee would not sell me two 49cents goldfish because my tank is only 5 gallons. That's annoying. Maybe they're trying to sell me a new 20 gallons tank. I am not going to buy. I will not shop with that store.

Wow, store says the grooming is open till 8pm. I called at 5:50 to bring in two dogs for nail trims and was told they were closed. They said when they do the last dog on the books they close. I tried to get my two on the books and she refused. I only live 5 mins away. Guess I will be looking to other places to get my fur babies things. Not a great way to handle business.
