Our Zelda came down with Parvo. They tested her and then admitted her immediately. She was there for 3.5 days. I was informed of her progress frequently via texts and calls from the actual vet taking care of her. I felt she was taken care of so well. Everyone was awesome! What I appreciated most is the immediate care Zelda received since Parvo is deadly to dogs. I appreciated every staff member I came into contact with whether it was text call or in person

Everyone at Pet Urgent Care were so friendly; from the minute we walked in the door, we knew Daisy was in good hands. Daisy was so sick and we were grateful to have a place that could see her same day when our family vet could not get her in. The vet tech and the doctor explained each service/test and the results of tests were thoroughly explained as well. They took great care of Daisy and she felt so much better the next day. Brought our pup here after an accident one evening and had a great experience. The staff were quick to act, did a great job closing her wound, and thoroughly explained everything. Small animal vet care is inherently expensive, especially urgent care level, but it didn’t feel like we were overcharged, or anything unnecessary/excessive was added. The techs were so so kind to us and our sweet girl, and made sure she was festive for the holiday! We’re so appreciative for such a positive experience!

Let me tell you about this ABSOLUTELY AMAZING place!!! My bf had a dog that passed not too long ago at 16yrs. We were lost on what to do and so we called Urgent Pet in Papillion. These group of people took such amazing care of the dog’s, Carlee, body. They walked us through the entire process with kindness and compassion. Then we decided we wanted a puppy. We couldn’t replace Carlee, but we wanted that dog energy again. Well, we ended up back at this place maybe a month into having her b/c she was not eating or drinking and wasn’t pooping. Well, this location AGAIN with compassion and kindness treated our pup. And roughly 3/4 weeks ago our pup broke her leg.
