Town and Country Animal Rescue

Town and country was awesome with the adoption process. They are very thorough with making sure their animals go to good homes during the application process. I adopted a kitty and they sent me with her food to adjust her and toys and treats. Jennifer was awesome and I love how much she cares about her cats that are at the rescue.

Daniel and I are Beyond grateful for the support from Town and Country Animal Shelter. All the staff worked so many hours taking the process slowly with us so Ginny could feel 100% comfortable coming home with us. They want to make sure that every adoption is a success! Everyone is so passionate, supportive, and loves every soul at their shelter... I couldn't sing their praises high enough 👏 Extra special thanks to Diana, Keeley, Liz, Heidi, Julie, and Jeff. Katelyn the cat manager really loves the cats that come to Town & Country. My boyfriend and I adopted Willa today. She gave us a cute gift bag full of the food they give them at the shelter, toys that Willa loves, and good advice on how to help cats adjust to a new home. My family previously adopted a dog named Peaches here many years ago. I see why people are upset about the open times, but I think taking a day off of work for a life of love is worth it.

Note: you CANNOT drop off strays/lost pets at this location. They're already full with pets from other shelters where they either had no space or were there so long that they would've been put down. People come here expecting to be able to do that, then leave negative reviews. That's not what this place is for and doesn't mean that the volunteers or organization do not care about animals. They are simply not capable of helping all, and if you want to help them help more, donate rather than bringing down the business. Anways, Got my cat here 4 years ago. She is amazing. I'm so happy I have my silvermoon in my life. She was taken from a kill shelter and moved here and had just arrived the day I came in to adopt. Just adopted the cutest guy. Very impressed with the shelter, stellar volunteers and staff. Took time to meet & greet my dogs, gave them several areas to get acquainted in. Got this adorable love bug home, sleeping in my lap currently. Welcome to the family Gryphon, the mythical beast ❤️
