Canceled our appointment and told us to find another groomer. Apparently she is being a Karen because we previously Canceled an appointment. We are good with that though she charges a little more and complains alot. We always tip and bath our 13 lb dog in-between.
Renee is canine attuned and her professional expertise is evident in the quality of her work!
