He helped me when no one else would. Other vets take advantage of people especially for euthanasia appointments, people get robbed at their final visit with their beloved pet but not here. He showed nothing but respect for my pets and I. ~~" The rat lady" ❤️

Dr. Staehr saw two of my dogs for ear infections. Even though we were new clients they made an appointment for right away. The Dr. and his wife were beyond wonderful ! Our dogs loved them ! And thanks to the doctor they are doing great ! I would recommend him to anyone.

First time going to his vet office today, and there was absolutely NO disappointment!! The atmosphere was absolutely amazing, Dr. Staener was absolutely amazing! His receptionist Karen was absolutely amazing! The whole experience was AMAZING. Not sure if I mentioned how AMAZING it was. They got me in so fast to ensure my kitty was healthy, they took amazing care of my girl while drawing blood. I am absolutely happy with my visit, and plan to go back. Thank you Dr, and Karen! 💕

this was the worst experience of my life. went to put our elderly cat down and he told us the first shot would put her to sleep. then proceeded to tell us it would take up to 10 minutes to kick in and would also make her puke. he STABBED the needle into my cat and i will never forget what i saw afterwards. her eyes went fully black, she started wheezing, puking, then she was stiff. she was panting and was unable to move. then richard said, “ about 7 more minutes of this”. i LOST it. she was suffering so bad! i’ve put down many animals and never have i seen an animal put down in such a horrible way. she did not go peacefully, she suffered. she couldn’t move her body but was still alive i saw the pain in her eyes. i had to walk out. the place was disgusting smelt so bad! and richard looked s

We've gone here twice to get out dogs spayed,my dad went and told me about his experience. I have to admit it was great they were able to get us in with everything going on , literally no one else had openings so I've very grateful dr.staehr found us an opening. My dad told me dr.staehr is a character and very outgoing. The place isn't super fancy but the doctor cares for the animals and does his job great which I feel is most important and I'd recommend this place to anyone who wants a caring and considerate doctor!
