Urgent Veterinary Care

We took my Great Dane Banjo here last night in a panic after I got out of work. He was peeing blood and just not himself. They were so fantastic with him, I could almost cry from relief. The facility was awesome with how they handled it. He's always been an anxious boy with other people besides me, and I was genuinely impressed. The facility was clean and quiet, and didn't smell whatsoever. No dog poop, urine, or anything. It smelled clean. No barking, whines, or whimpers were heard at all. Which to me, spoke volumes about how well they treat their furry patients. Even Banjo was trusting of them. My amber (golden) hit very sick Sunday night before Labor Day. We called them in a panic at 11:30 knowing she wouldn’t make it thru the night. She was received with such compassion. She passed on her own soon after getting there but we were with her. Thank you so much for all you do. Amber was such a sweet soul.

My mom and I went to this ER with a deserted kitten in very bad shape not passing any stool after coming out of fading kitten syndrome. On our 40 minute drive from Syracuse we were discussing possible outcomes and our main worry was being turned away due to her condition. What a complete shock it was to be greated with kind and passionate staff. We will recommend them a million times over to everyone we can. They stayed late and made sure Gracie was going to be okay. Dr.Ospina was extremely knowledgeable and took her time to talk to us and answer all of the questions we had. She was amazing and reassuring. I can't thank this team enough for how they treated our kitty throughout her end of life care. Dr. Ospina provided a level head as well as plenty of empathy as we navigated this difficult situation.
