Waggerz Groom Room

Waggerz is amazing! Today was pooh's first time at a professional groomers and I can say we will definitely be back. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They did a consultation , provided their recommendations and ultimately gave me the option to choose what was best. He was very matted and needed a lower cut. After his services concluded I was unavailable,however, he was able to stay for a little while until I was able to pick him up. This was extremely convenient. They even provided instructions for after care. 10/10 recommend for sure!

Dakota had a spa day today and looks amazing! Ashlee takes great care of her and trims her just right! She’s an Australian Shepherd with a hard to manage coat and she always comes home looking amazing! The entire team is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Ashlee and Waggerz! Best groomers ever from when they groomed my special needs pup Mellow B to my little spunky Hopey B best care and my pups never mind going to the the groomers. Highly recommend and we love and Sasha and everyone there. This after Hopey B Spaw morning today.

I’m giving 3 stars only because a couple of first time visits were fine. Results of last visit for my Shih Tzu was different. As usual, they take Sophie back to look her over. They came and told me that she had a couple of knots around her ears and face, and that they would need to shave around her face and ears to make sure that they were able to get the knots. When I came and picked Sophie up, she was completely shaved, which was not discussed with me prior to dropping her off for her appointment. They also charged for a D Madding fee, but I don’t understand why the extra charge was needed if they were just simply going to shave her. To be honest, I’m a bit disappointed.
