PetSmart Veterinary Services - Garner

We’re in a new state and needed a vet for our two new kittens. I was so impressed by my initial call with the careful explanations and amount of time Dr R gave me. He explained all of my concerns. Our initial visit was for a pre-spay exam and Dr R and his team were amazing working with our two kittens. Highly recommend this Vet and his team! Relieved to have found a veterinarian who offers great care and also cares about his human clients.

The entire team at PVS is amazing. Dr. Regalado is excellent at explaining everything that is happening and all the likely possibilities/preventative measures for our cats’ ailments. The staff is all very personable, and it’s very clear that they just want the best for our pets. We brought our new kitten in with health problems and the doctor was great at administering medicine and creating an action plan. He was very realistic about her condition. The team was increasingly enthusiastic about her improved health at each follow up visit. Pricing is very transparent, and they are eager to work with you to limit the cost while providing the best care for your pet. We are very thankful to have them so close to us! My cat Goose doesn’t typically do too well at the vet, but Dr Jason and Bethany were amazing to both Goose and I. They took their time explaining things to me, and making sure Goose’s needs were taken care of. Thank you both so much for such a great first visit!

Hi ,My name is Blanka, and I recently had my spay surgery . I may not have enjoyed the trip there, but the team made me feel safe and cared for every step of the way. The vet was gentle, and the staff was kind, making sure I was comfortable before and after my surgery. Now, I’m recovering well in my favorite cozy spot by the fire, thanks to their excellent care!
