Lookin Ruff

we have been using jill for many years but just got a rescue puppy who was never groomed. well she looks absolutely amazing. we can’t get over how adorable she looks. thanks looking ruff for being patient with june and making her look so cute ❤️❤️❤️

I had an appointment at noon for my dog. I dropped him off and I sent Jill a message at 4 asking her if he was finished yet. She told me no that it would still be a little while. At 7 pm I finally told her I was coming to get him. He had been there for 7 hours. I got there and Jill was no where to be seen. It was only the lady that helps her. My dog was in a crate on the floor. He really didn’t even look like he had been groomed. It was horrible. Long hair all on his legs. His feet had not been trimmed. He was there 7 hours in a crate and his grooming was horrible. Jill did not charge me as she should have not had It was a horrible experience. Not professional at all!!

Awesome groomer. I waited a little too long to bring my 6 month old Portuguese Water Dog to the groomer for the first time so I know she was wiggly & a little difficult to groom. Very happy to have found a patient groomer. Ruby looks & smells so good, I am so happy with her cut. It’s all I’ve talked about. Will definitely be bringing Ruby back! Adding before & after pictures

I’ve been here twice and each time has been great! My typically anxious dog Athena is already comfortable with them and comes out looking and smelling amazing. It is pretty easy to make an appointment, the groom doesn’t take much time at all and everyone is very nice. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the Garner or Raleigh area!
