Wag Hotels - West Sacramento

I love taking my dog Bella to Wag Hotel’s in West Sacramento. I know she’s safe and well cared for and it takes all the worry off of me. She is happy and tired when I pick her up so I know she had a good time. So great job y’all and keep up the good work. FYI - They do offer a senior discount, which is awesome!

Oskie liked Wag Hotel in West Sacramento. It was his first visit. He liked it and likes the nice ball given to him. They sent a photo everyday. The photos posted are from home since I did not download the ones texted to me. Staff is nice and professional. The 24 hour service made pickup and dropoff easy.

My girlfriend and I walked into Wag today excited to get to know the new daycare for my sweet boy. He’s a year-and-a-half‑old, unneutered boxer mix who wouldn’t hurt a fly. He’s high‑energy and needs a lot of activity. We already knew he would be doing the one‑on‑one experience due to their policy for intact males, and we were totally fine with that. What really sold us was what the website advertised: “One‑On‑One service includes a private room, 2 individual play sessions with a caregiver, room service meals, and classical music.” When we were brought back to the area where he would be kept, we were disappointed to find out that the “private room” was essentially just a kennel. As we asked more questions, we learned that the two individual play sessions were actually just “10‑minute walk

Everyone was so friendly and helpful when our pup stayed at the Wag Hotel in West Sacramento. In the past we experienced a few hiccups, however the staff were kind and understanding about our concerns and addressed them fairly. Now I think we have settled in and are quite satisfied with the service they provide. Our needs are understood better now that we have described them better. WAG Hotel is a great place to trust with your fur babies.

Our pup had so much fun her stay! This is our 2nd time boarding our dog there while we went on a trip & both times have been great. We feel so comfortable on our trips knowing Melody is in good hands & safe. It’s so nice having the camera in the play area & the suite she was in so we could just pop in to check on her throughout the day/night. The picture each day is also nice! Thank you!
