Vanessa was so sweet and did a fantastic job taking the time to groom my wiry-hair dog! Three people have commented how cute she is today on our walks :)

I take my dog to your store for grooming ever since we acquired her. I have not had a bad experience with your staff. And my dog appears to be well taken care of while being groomed. Elijah bathed my dog on this visit, and he did a great job doing so. He was very informative at the time of drop off and when I picked up my dog, he was able to schedule us for our next bath and cut. I look forward to seeing her next haircut by Elijah. I think he's a great asset to your grooming department. Thank you, Elijah and Petco.

Hello, I took CoCo my dog for her nails to be trimmed and buffed. Hummingbird checked us in. She was very nice. But she had to answer the phone, check us in & check voicemail. Why isn't there a receptionist? Jordan did the trim. She was super nice, mellow and talented!! I do wonder why we can't make an appointment for nail trim??? I had to get there right at opening time. Because we are very busy and can't wait around endlessly to be squeezed in. That is why only 4 stars. I would have done 5 stars if we could make an appointment.
