Terrible change in procedure. Been doing vip for years, not any more. Was faster when you could walk in and first come first serve. Now they want to pre register. Problem is they combine walk in and pre registrations. Everyone is frustrated. What used to take 30 minutes is now two hours. Expect to wait 1.5-2 hours if you pre register. Worth paying more to make an appointment somewhere else. Won’t use vip anymore.
To tell you the truth I'm very disappointed with my visit, I went specially for the rabies shot and when I got home I look the receive and I didn't saw the rabies shot.
Simply great!
